Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment options available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Fabulous Films does not store complete card details on its servers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at contact@fabulousfilms.com.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. An order confirmation email is sent automatically once your purchase is complete.

How do pre-orders work?

Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of purchase. Items are dispatched just before the listed release date. If your order includes both a pre-order item and an in-stock title, the entire order will be shipped together when the pre-order becomes available. We recommend placing separate orders if you'd like in-stock items sent immediately.

How do I use a discount code?

Once you've finished shopping, click 'View Basket'. You'll see a box labelled 'Got a Discount Code? Enter it here'. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order. If you're having trouble, contact us at contact@fabulousfilms.com.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on all UK orders. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.

How long does UK delivery take?

UK orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days. Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

How can I track my order?

Where tracking is available, you'll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

How do I request a return?

Please email contact@fabulousfilms.com with the following:

Your order number

Photos of the item (if damaged)

A description of the issue

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Can I return an opened DVD or Blu-ray?

Opened physical media can only be returned if it is defective, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — guest checkout is available, so you can place an order without creating an account. That said, registering makes it easier to track orders and manage your purchases.

How is my personal information used?

Your personal information is used only for processing orders, providing customer support, and (if you've opted in) marketing communications. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Yes. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, which you can use at any time.

Product Availability

Why are some titles out of stock?

Some of our releases are limited editions or are subject to licensing restrictions, which means they can sell out quickly.

Will discontinued titles come back?

Some titles may be reissued depending on licensing availability and customer demand, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Are releases region-free?

Not all releases are region-free. Region compatibility is specified in each product listing.

Technical Support

A disc I purchased won't play — what should I do?

Please check the following:

Your player supports the disc format and region

The disc is clean and undamaged

If problems persist, please contact our support team at contact@fabulousfilms.com.
