What payment methods do you accept?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Fabulous Films does not store complete card details on its servers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at contact@fabulousfilms.com.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. An order confirmation email is sent automatically once your purchase is complete.

How do pre-orders work?

Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of purchase. Items are dispatched just before the listed release date. If your order includes both a pre-order item and an in-stock title, the entire order will be shipped together when the pre-order becomes available. We recommend placing separate orders if you'd like in-stock items sent immediately.

How do I use a discount code?

Once you've finished shopping, click 'View Basket'. You'll see a box labelled 'Got a Discount Code? Enter it here'. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order. If you're having trouble, contact us at contact@fabulousfilms.com.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on all UK orders. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.

How long does UK delivery take?

UK orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days. Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

How can I track my order?

Where tracking is available, you'll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return an opened DVD or Blu-ray?

Opened physical media can only be returned if it is defective, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
